Witbank Property Management Services (Pty) LTD was started by Alex and Rivera Soal, the dynamic husband-wife duo in 1976 and remains a family-owned business to this day with brother and sister Mark Soal and Fiona Hodgson at the helm.
Witbank Property Management Services (Pty) LTD is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and maintains an up-to-date Fidelity Fund Certificate. During 2023 we moved from 118 Mandela Street, to 20 Lowe Street on Mandela Drive to accommodate our expanding staff. Witbank Property has grown from a 2-person business to a full staff of 15 people over the past few years.

General Functions & Assistance
- We ensure compliance of any Management, Conduct or “House” rules
- We attend to the Community Schemes bookkeeping and finances including the invoicing of levies (as well as meter reading and utility billing if need be) to the relevant owners and payment of monthly expenses
- We compile comprehensive monthly management reports for Directors / Trustees.
- We administer all / any insurance claims relating to the property of the community scheme
- We prepare, organise and attend Directors /Trustee /General meetings, including the compiling and distributing the minutes
- We arrange the maintenance and repairs of machinery or fittings of common property
- We comply with any instructions from the Directors / Trustees of the Community Scheme
- We professionally guide you with ensuring the regulatory compliance of the Community Scheme
