In an HOA development, each owner obtains a full title to a property which is held under a title deed. Each owner automatically becomes a member of the HOA on registration of their property.

What is a Common Area?

The common area comprises the areas utilized by all owners, such as the grounds, driveways, roads, recreation facilities, corridors, entrance areas, and exterior of the building.

What are Levies?
